We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items with tags and a valid packing slip within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return?
- Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending a email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
Marked down items and customized items (including bags and accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned.
What should I do if I received a defective product?
If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to email@example.com so we can look into it right away!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes - you will have to pay for the cost to send the item back. Return shipping for domestic returns within the contiguous USA costs a flat rate of $6, which will be deducted from your return amount. Return shipping for orders coming from territories outside of the contiguous USA is a flat rate of $15.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
